Part 1: How to Choose the Right Toilet Seat
The key is accurate measuring. Before you buy, use a tape measure to get these three critical measurements.
1. Measure the Length
Place the start of your tape measure at the centre point between the two fixing holes at the back of the toilet and measure straight to the front edge of the bowl. This is usually between 40cm and 50cm. This tells you if you need a Round seat (approx. 16.5") or an Elongated seat (approx. 18.5").
2. Measure the Width
