  • We ship from the nearest warehouse based on your shipping address to ensure faster delivery.

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

  • Some remote areas may not be eligible for delivery. If your address cannot be selected at checkout, please contact us.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order by logging into your account or entering the tracking number on the carrier's website.

5. Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.

  • Once shipped, the address cannot be modified. Incorrect addresses resulting in failed delivery will incur additional shipping charges payable by the buyer.

7. Package Receiving

  • Please inspect the outer packaging upon arrival. If damaged, refuse delivery immediately, take photos as evidence, and contact us right away.
